Scale model of proposed Iowa Rugby Hall of Fame sculpture created by Chris Pruismann. The sculpture would be 6 feet tall. The central rectangle will rotate. The sides of the rectangle would be removable so that they can be inscribed with the names of the Hall of Fame honorees. Any donations to the IFRFC Foundation for this project would be appreciated.
