Midwest Final Four Tournament
at the Iowa Falls Rugby Club
Congratulations on making the Midwest Final Four. The Iowa Falls Rugby Club will be hosting the tournament. Here are the games times for the weekend:
Saturday:
D2 @ 11 am
Winona State v. Gustavus Adolphus (Field 1)
Ball State v. Slippery Rock University ( Field 2)
D1 @ 1 pm
UNI v. OSU (Field 1)
UW-Milwaukee v. U of Michigan (Field 2)
Sunday:
Consolations for D1 & D2 @ 10 am
D1 Consolation (Field 1)
D2 Consolation (Field 2)
D1 Finals @ noon (Field 1)
D2 Finals @ noon (Field 2)
D1 will advance the top two teams to the National Championships in the Spring of 2010. The challenge match option will be in play for the weekend. If #2 & #3 have not met in playoffs #3 can challenge #2 for their spot. The challenge has to happen before April 1st and it will take place at the #2 seed.
D2 will advance the top three seeds to the National Championships in the Spring of 2010.
You should travel with two sets of jerseys in case there is a color conflict. There will be a doctor on site as well as someone to tape. You need to provide your own tape, pre-wrap, etc.
I would prefer to do check-ins on Friday night. If you can't do this on Friday night I want to have it done by 9 am Saturday morning. You need the following for check-in:
1. Registrar sheet. Completed in full and signed by the registrar.
2. Student id, license
3. Proof of insurance
4. Updated USA Rugby CIPP list (as of Friday Nov. 13th)
